The Irish funds industry's charity
basis.point is the Irish funds industry’s charity. It makes grants to charities working in education, with a particular focus on young people experiencing poverty, and it is supported by patrons, volunteers and events across the industry.
We built basis.point’s first website, and we have worked with them since 2014.
02 · What we built
A website the team can run themselves
The site sets out what basis.point does and who its grants support, and gives people in the industry clear ways to get involved: becoming a patron, volunteering and coming to events.
Patron and volunteer sign-up forms write directly into basis.point’s CRM, so registrations do not have to be typed in again by hand.
The basis.point team publish their own news, galleries and event details without needing a developer for routine changes. We manage the server, carry out the technical updates and build new layouts and pages as they are needed, and we are basis.point’s main technical point of contact.
